After spending some time editing the videos we had taken, we’ve decided to upload them to YouTube instead of making a DVD. The instruction is fine but I think we would really have a more professional product if we went with a studio production company. We know some people who make movies so perhaps in the future we can make that happen.

One last note: we are in the process of dividing our shopping cart into four different stores. There will be a retail store and wholesale store for the craft items: raw clay canes, cane making tutorials, loose beads, and tools. The other two stores will be retail and wholesale for the Fimo nail art: raw and cured canes, tutorials, tools, and accessories. The advantage of moving to a new shopping cart has much to do with the current way we handle credit card transactions. We have a processing company for the cards but customers have to call us to make payment securely. This is often frustrating and time consuming, especially if we are playing phone tag. So the new shopping cart has full capability for accepting credit cards online in a secure environment. Much easier for the customer!
