The gallery is back
I’ve moved the gallery of my clay work from Coppermine to Flickr.
The link to the gallery is still the same. You can click on the “gallery” button at the top of the page or go here: Gallery.
I’ve added alot of new pics that hadn’t been in there before, and put in some family pics as well. If you’d rather go directly to Flickr to view the pics and slideshows, here is the address: http://www.flickr.com/photos/c_a_therien.
Onto nail art news: We’re working on making our canes with more translucent clay in them, to give the slices better flexibility. The new canes will be able to be sliced at room temperature* and won’t need warming. I’ve made a couple of new canes, and those should be available this week. More canes from Beth and soon a few from Kathi Gose.
I also did a set of artificial nails for Margo She wanted oranges and little leaves. The nails are Kiss Perfect French Acrylic Sculpture nails. I really liked them. They are clear with the french tips already airbrushed on. I did one layer of acrylic and then glued the oranges and leaves on. Finished with another coat of the acrylic mixture. They came out great.
Due to the increase in customers from around the world, I’ve added a translator plugin to the website. To change languages, scroll down the sidebar to the Translate box. (It’s underneath the Links box, halfway down the page.)
I’ll be back later this week to show you the new canes.
*Room temperature is approximately 72 degrees farenheit. Cooler temperatures may cause the slices to crack.
