Payments can be made in one of four ways:
1) PayPal. This is the preferred method, and set automatically through the order process. Payment is expected within 3 days of the date of purchase unless other arrangements have been made with us prior to your order. Payments can be sent through PayPal to catherien@hotmail.com.
2) Personal Check / Money Order / Cashier’s Check. (US customers only please.) Payments are due within 7 days of order. Shipment will be made after personal checks clear. Money orders and cashier’s checks are treated as cash and shipment will be made on the nearest shipping day. All checks must include Driver’s License number and telephone number.
3) Credit Card / Debit Card. We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover). You can phone in your order during business hours, 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. The phone number is 1-309-256-0271. We will need your card number, expiration date, cid number and telephone number. Orders are processed the same day, and shipments are made on the nearest following shipping day.
4) Cash. Though it is not the safest method, cash is an accepted form of payment. If you will be sending cash, please note that on your order. Wrap the bills in a sheet of plain paper and put change in a zipper baggie. Safety envelopes are highly recommended. We also recommend using Delivery Confirmation when mailing cash.
We are not responsible for payments that are lost or misdirected in the mail.
A final note: Good communication with us via email is always encouraged, and if something happens with your payment we’ll do our best to work with you on your order. We reserve the right to substitute newer versions of the designs if the older version is out of stock. Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
