Purple Butterfly Fimo Nail Art Slices

Handmade: Each baked Fimo nail art slice has been made by hand by C. A. Therien. As with all handmade products, some variation in the design and in size will occur.

Custom Mixed: The slices are created from Cat's handmade millefiore canes, with a mixture of Fimo Classic, Fimo Soft, Kato, Premo, and Sculpey III clays, blended to create custom shades and a firm texture. Translucent clays are what is used on the canes with a milky-white border around the design. The translucent border will clarify when added to the nail with glue, acrylic, or gel.

To apply the slices:

1) Use nail glue to adhere Fimo nail art slices to the nail, making sure to seal down all edges without trapping air underneath the slice. Sand if desired to comform the slice to the nail shape.

2) Apply layers of acrylic or gel to the nail, paying special attention to edges of slices.

3) Sand the nail if necessary. Add at least two layers of clear top coat.

To remove:
Soak artificial nails in acetone nail polish remover until nails dissolve. Fimo Nail Art slices will dissolve along with the artificial nail.
