Shipping & Refund Policies
Shipping and handling:
Shipments are made three days a week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. If you are ordering millefiore canes and would like them shipped earlier in the week rather than later, do let us know in the comment section of your order. Otherwise shipments are made on the following shipping day from the day of your purchase. It is common for us to be able to ship orders the same day if they are received by 10am CST on a shipment day. Delivery Confirmation is used on all shipments.
Shipping default is USPS First Class Mail for all U.S. orders. International orders are shipped via International First Class. International customers are responsible for all import and customs taxes and fees. Priority shipping can be arranged if you let us know before processing your order, so we can send you a custom invoice.
Shipping and handling rates: Standard shipping is $1.75 for the first item, plus $1.25 handling/packaging fee, for a combined total of $3.00.
Shipping charges are combined for orders with multiple items. Each additional item is shipped at $0.30 per item, with no limit to the number of additional items you can ship at the reduced rate.
Shipping charges are subject to change based on postal rates and packaging prices.
Refund Policy:
We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on all our products (excluding downloads). If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, you may return it for a refund, minus shipping charges and a $1.00 restocking fee. Returns must be pre-arranged by email within 7 days from delivery of product. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Partial refunds on an order with multiple items are acceptable.
Returned items must be in new, saleable condition and packaged in the same way as they were shipped; i.e., in the gold box they were packed in, and mailed in a padded envelope. Delivery confirmation is highly recommended, as we are not liable for returns that don’t arrive.
We pack our items carefully, but should an item arrive damaged from shipping, you may return it to us for a free repair within 7 days of the arrival of the item. Arrangements for a repair must be made by email prior to the item being returned.
